Using the service

ImageGen Studio provides tools for image editing and image-to-video generation. You must be legally able to use the service and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your uploads and prompts

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to upload each image and submit each prompt. Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation of minors, deceptive impersonation, or content prohibited by the selected model provider.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid units used for generation requests. The required credits are shown before a paid job enters the queue. Payments are processed by Stripe. A provider failure results in the applicable held credits being returned; completed generations are not automatically refundable merely because the result is not what you hoped for.

Availability and outputs

Generation systems can be delayed, unavailable, or produce imperfect results. ImageGen Studio does not guarantee that a request will complete, meet a particular quality standard, or be suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

Changes

The operator may update the service, its models, pricing, and these terms. Continued use after a revised effective date means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
